YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

During your internship, you will be responsible from Day 1 for your own project(s). We will coach you and give you responsibilities, as well as full ownership of your projects. We will encourage you to share updates, and results of your work, and will receive exposure to management. We will provide you with feedback so that you grow and develop.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • You are an Engineering student at Master's or PhD Level in Mechatronics/Controls/Chemical/Process/Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Environmental;

  • You will still be enrolled at the university throughout the internship and finishing your Master's degree or Ph.D. before end of 2024;

  • You are available for at least 4 months

  • You are proficient in English and have skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and the ability to work with others.

    Production - Packing

Here you would get our products into their final packaging and set up in pallets. Your team would have three priorities - safety, quality, and productivity. You will need to inform us of any performance loss, while identifying any key projects that help us achieve the performance targets of the packing line. This includes working on the installation and start up of new equipment, as well as systematizing tools for maintenance production management.

Production - Making

This is the department that produces our products based on the recipes we get from Research & Development. Your priority would be flexibility while delivering a high-quality product on time. As you do this, you will see opportunities for continuous improvement. We are hoping that you will help us eliminate any loss in the various production stages. This includes crafting any learning programs for operators and team leaders, helping others to develop their skills as we also work to simplify the process and standardize the work.
