- Flexible Schedules: We offer a variety of scheduling options to make your work-life balance harmonious. Decide from dawn (6:45am-2:45pm), dusk (2:45pm-10:45pm) shifts, along with static block scheduling organized a month in advance. Requires every other weekend.
Your Role
- Empathy in Action: Provide compassionate assistance to our residents in daily activities, ensuring a sense of comfort and home.
- Holistic Care: Cater to complete personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, and dietary aspects with empathy and understanding.
- Health Monitoring: Stay vigilant about any changes in residents' health. Act as the link between the residents and nursing staff, ensuring communication on health alterations.
- Record Keeping: Document the vital signs and health progress meticulously, contributing towards comprehensive resident health profiles.
- Responsiveness: Ensure promptness in attending to residents' mobility needs within the facility.
Qualifications
- Valid Certification: Hold a current Nursing Assistant certification recognized in Pennsylvania. A minimum of 6 months experience in the role is required.
- Criminal Clearance: Produce a recently obtained Pennsylvania criminal clearance completed within the last 30 days (ePatch.state.pa.US).
- Health Test: A physical and quantiferon test undertaken within the past year. Please note, this client does not accept a 2 step PPD or Chest X ray.
Our Commitment
- Competitive Pay: Earn competitive hourly wages. Day shifts (6:45am-2:45pm) are compensated at $22.00/hr, evening shifts (2:45pm-10:45pm) receive $23.00/hr, overnight shifts (10:45pm-6:45am) receive $24.00 per hour.
- Comprehensive Orientation: Participate in a 2-day paid orientation to familiarize you with our ethos and modus operandi.
