Job Scope:

Manage all CSP operational aspects

Report directly to: BPC CSP Assistant Manager for Tunisia

Profile:

Yong dynamic talent issued from Tech studies with analytics skills

Diploma in : Trade Marketing, Marketing, IT and Finance

Experience : from 0 – 2 Years max, fresh graduate

English Proficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including event, promotions newsletters, digital ads.

Sales Support:

  • Compile sales statistics and reports.

  • Prepare presentations for sales teams and clients.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate and administer quality complaints and retail queries.

  • Maintain marketing plans, advertising grids, and promotional materials.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Proficiency in Excel skills, Power BI, SAP, Power Point

Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:

  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Gather data on consumer behavior, product performance, and competition developments.

  • Trade visits frequency: 30% of time should be on trade or shopper visits

  • Interactions within the business: Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions including CD, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.

Key Competencies & Skills:

Effective use of Excel, Power BI, SAP, SAS. and Microsoft office.
