The Toro Company Aftermarket Marketing/Product Specialist - Parts and Service - Toro in Melbourne, Australia
Join our dynamic Marketing team as we seek a passionate, customer-centric individual to fill a pivotal, hands-on role. Reporting directly to the Senior Product and Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in the marketing function for our Aftermarket - Parts & Service turf equipment business. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, executing campaigns and programs. You will ensure that all marketing efforts align with both annual and long-term plans, maintaining consistecy and effectiveness throughout.
What will you do?
Prepare, develop, and implement marketing objectives, and promotional programs across the Parts and Service portfolios.
Prepare and manage the Aftermarket (Parts and Service) product range reports, and forecasts, ensuring they are up to date.
Develop and implement pricing strategies for Parts and Service to enhance profitability.
Utilise CRM platforms for segmentation, tracking, and data reporting.
Develop and interpret post-campaign and program analysis for continuous improvement and effectiveness.
Manage creative agencies to ensure a clear and concise approach to planning activities.
Coordinate and manage web-based marketing to ensure ROI and build Toro’s reputation and profile.
Maintain contact with all suppliers, key customers, and associations to achieve business objectives.
What do you need?
Hold tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline.
Preferably have experience in Aftermarket within the capital equipment sector.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external partners.
Demonstrate excellent PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Exhibit strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Have exceptional and proven marketing and product management skills in an equipment environment.
Hold a valid passport, with the possibility of overseas and interstate travel.
Must have a valid Australian motor vehicle license.
