Your Role

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your operational management expertise + industry specific skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary objective is to oversee all automation and facilities management related activities in the site(s), driving the execution of proposals that can increase efficiency + quality of service. You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

• To develop + ensure that regular scheduled servicing for all types of maintenance work according to safety standards, qualitative requirements + QSHE policy are carried out.

• To trouble shoot + resolve unscheduled mechanical, electrical + vendor system stoppages timely with support from internal + external teams.

• To supervise + support all maintenance work conducted at the work site.

• To provide supervision + external updates of the maintenance + service contracts, ensuring that SLA’s are being met.

• To monitor + sustain machinery performance + availability at design levels.

• To analyze potential disruptions + come up with solutions to improve the process.

• To advise how upgrades, machinery + system related, can be best carried out.

• To train the trainers to perform operator machinery usage, change-overs + basic troubleshooting.
