About the role

In this 12-month contract role you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic support, as well as partnering with business leaders to develop and implement the HR agenda that closely supports the overall strategic objectives of TWE. With a strong focus partnering with our Direct to Consumer, Hospitality and Field Sales teams you will develop strong relationships with our people leaders providing expert advice across the employee life cycle. Additionally, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving complex Employee Relations matters in conjunction with business leaders as appropriate, including advice and guidance on modern award interpretations.

  • Proactively monitor performance and support the identification of people issues including providing leaders with insights and advice to help drive business performance.

  • Management and timely execution of cyclical HR programs including Talent Review, Performance Review, Engagement Surveys and Merit Review

  • Provide support on strategic/operational People & Capability projects as necessary to aid in the achievement of P&C and business strategic plans & a culture of high performance

  • Support the execution of the ANZ People & Capability strategy and facilitation of capability and development programs, this may include content creation as needed.

  • Implement strategies for assigned client group(s) to foster a culture of inclusion & diversity, ownership, care and resilience

About you

You will have honed your HR Business Partnering skills within a FMCG, Retail or Hospitality setting having a track record of navigating the complexity of modern awards. Your ability to flex between operational delivery and strategy will set you apart as will your bias to action.

To be successful in the role you will also have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to appropriately adapt both personal style and collaborate effectively across the organisation.

  • Proven ability to provide expert advice and coaching

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects/work streams
