Haugland Group ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY in Melville, New York
KEY FUNCTIONS
Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts (with customers, subcontractors, and vendors). Review and negotiate commercial leases. Communicate with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and landlords.
Must have 3-5 years of Construction Law experience (transactional or litigation relating to contract. negotiation or preparation/litigation of delay claims). Significant prior experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases. Possess strong interpersonal skills. Highly skilled legal writing capabilities. Degree from an ABA Accredited law school and strong academic credentials. Licensed to practice law in the State of New York. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter, and able to work independently. Must be able to work in-person from our office located in Melville, NY on a full-time basis.
Compensation range for this role is 150-200k
