Adecco US, Inc. Accounting Manager in Memphis, Tennessee
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with an exciting new manufacturing client to recruit and hire an Accounting Manager for their facility in Memphis, TN.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
Prepare financial statements per GAAP and IFRS standards
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monitor financial performance
Oversee general ledger, tax compliance, and cost accounting
Develop and maintain internal controls; manage audit processes
Manage ERP systems, drive process efficiencies, support 401k and payroll functions
Provide direct management to three direct reports
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred
7+ years of accounting experience
4+ years in leadership or management role
Manufacturing industry background is required.
Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge
Expertise in ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar), finance/accounting software (Great Plains preferred) and Excel.
Our Client Offers:
Base salary in the 85k-100k range
Bonus incentives

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
