Are you a motivated individual with a passion for accuracy? Are you detail-oriented and organized? We are seeking an Accounts Receivable and Billing Clerk for a local company in the Memphis area. As a Billing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes. You will be responsible for generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining customer accounts. Additionally, you will provide support to customers regarding billing inquiries and work closely with other departments to streamline billing operations. Responsibilities
Create and send accurate invoices for parts sold.
Process payments through various methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and update customer accounts as needed.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
Assist customers with billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to improve billing processes.
Generate reports on billing activity and financial metrics.
