Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Memphis, Tennessee. The primary role will be to ensure effective management of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as maintaining inventory records. This role is situated within the industry and will involve utilization of various skills such as proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient management of accounts payable and receivable.

• Maintain and update inventory records as required.

• Utilize computerized accounting systems for accurate financial data management.

• Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions.

• Conduct annual budget planning and cash flow analysis.

• Utilize QuickBooks for maintaining accurate financial data.

• Act as a point of contact for any customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolution.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required.

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Proficiency in the use of Computerized Accounting System.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with complete Accounting Functions.

• Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Ability to prepare Annual Budget.

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis.

• Experience with QuickBooks software.
