Robert Half Marketing Account Manager: Digital Agency Vendor Management in Memphis, Tennessee
Description
We are on the hunt for a Marketing Account Manager: Vendor Management, based in Memphis, Tennessee, Atlanta, Georgia, Chattanooga, TN, Nashville, TN, or within the SouthEast. This position will be primarily remote with travel to client sites in Atlanta, Georgia. If you reside outside of Memphis, there will be additional travel required to the office in Memphis, TN, as well. This role is pivotal to our operations, focusing on client service, digital media, advertising, and data analysis within the industry. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and driving their success through tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Analyze various program data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and make recommendations.
• Communicate client initiatives and needs effectively to the operations and management team.
• Work closely with the Digital Media provider to ensure that program initiatives are met.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the client, sales staff, and operations team to resolve day-to-day problems and issues.
• Analyze and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting to clients.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and clients to address any issues or changes in project scope.
• Utilize an array of skills including ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, CRM, Budget Processes, Campaign Planning, Digital Agency, Digital Advertising, DAM - Digital Asset Management, Vendor Management, Digital Marketing, Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Schedule Project Timelines, Standard Project Management, Project Timeline, Project Tracking, and Project Planning.
Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Experience and knowledge in CRM systems.
• Understanding of budget processes and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Proven experience in campaign planning and execution.
• Background in working with a digital agency.
• Expertise in digital advertising and its various platforms.
• Knowledge of DAM - Digital Asset Management.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to schedule project timelines efficiently.
• Understanding of standard project management methodologies.
• Experience in tracking project timelines and delivering within deadlines.
• Proficiency in project planning and implementation.
