This position is responsible for the oversight and administrative duties of the Autodesk Construction Cloud software, as well as the support and improvement of its users\' knowledge base. Works closely with multiple teams within the company to ensure the software has the tools needed, the knowledge of how to use them, and the ability to develop new and/or troubleshoot existing tool integrations to fit the needs of the organization. Duties may include but are not limited to the setup and maintenance of current Autodesk Construction Cloud and the ability to train others. Template/standard creation and organization. New tool integration where needed, as well as the ability to collaborate with the users and their leaders to improve efficiency and quality of work. This position is responsible for managing the training content related to the construction management software, collaborating with IT on implementation, updates, licenses, etc. This position would participate on our Autodesk Governance team for alignment across the organization\'s various software platforms, being the construction cloud systems stakeholder. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma/GED Experience: 4+ years of construction coordinator experience * Demonstrated technical knowledge in building design and construction processes. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience managing large projects. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate and present to all levels of employees and large groups of people. * Ability to learn quickly and willingness to adapt as circumstances change. * Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 experience preferred. * Experience working for or with electrical subcontractors is a plus. Travel: 10-25% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversees and administers the Autodesk Construction Cloud and provides necessary user support. * Oversees user access, licenses, accounts. * Oversees and collaborates with IT on installs, updates, features, and integrations. * Oversees and manages documentation and standards of the software and tools. * Collaborates with customers for their needs and functionality of the tools. * Collaborates with customers throughout various departments and assists in standards and workflow creation and accountability. * Oversees training of software specific content.
