Join our client, an Investment Management Firm located in Menlo Park, overseeing approximately $6 billion across diverse asset classes including private equity, venture capital, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting activities for the firm's funds.
Coordinate and review quarterly accounting packages from administrators, financial statements for partner capital, and partner calls/distributions.
Calculate, report, and manage fund analytics.
Collaborate with auditors on year-end audit tasks.
Assist in tax estimation and prepare tax returns for the funds.
Work closely with the finance team to maintain consistent practices and controls.
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience, ideally in Big 4 audit or tax, with a focus on serving investment management clients.
Experience with private equity (PE), venture capital (VC), or hedge funds (HF) is required.
Proficient in quantitative analysis and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects in a collaborative team setting.
