Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
The Industrial Press Mechanic role is critical to ensuring that production runs smoothly. With a wide range of tools at your disposal, you will be responsible for upgrading, maintaining, and installing equipment to make sure the company continues running for the next 100 years. Duties include manufacturing production parts and upgrading equipment modifications, monitoring and maintaining proper parts inventory, and maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule with proper documentation. You will clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, or machinery, cut and weld material to repair broken parts, fabricate/machine new parts, or assemble new equipment, and document repairs and maintenance performed. You will repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment, read and interpret manufacturers' manuals to determine the correct installation or operation of machinery, and follow all plant and OSHA procedures, performing all duties safely and in accordance with all work and safety rules and established work and industry practices.

Work Environment
The employee works in a production environment with air conditioning. Additionally, the incumbent will work near moving mechanical parts and in high places and will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
