Randstad is seeking a skilled and motivated Punch Press Operator to join a manufacturing team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating punch press machinery and a good understanding of production processes. The Punch Press Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining punch press equipment to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications.
salary: $16 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.
Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs.
Completes equipment set-up's in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures.
Records length of time and quantity of materials used for each job.
Inspects parts and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.
Helps to train fellow employees or temps on machines, reading blueprints, understanding routings, and policies.
Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.
Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and/or personal injuries.
Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
