UW - STOUT Residence Life Coordinator in MENOMONIE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job ID: 20786 JOB DETAILS: Residence Life Coordinators (RLCs) are professional staff members responsible for creating a comprehensive residence life program in their respective geographical area that typically consists of two to four residence hall complexes. RLCs are passionate and committed live-in, student affairs generalists, who are charged with creating inclusive communities that support the academic and polytechnic mission of the institution. RLCs are expected to be visible to residents, engage in personal interactions, and provide leadership and mentorship. Key responsibilities of the position include supervision and operational duties, as well as planning and management. Supervision may include undergraduate and graduate student employees (depending on placement). Successful candidates will have demonstrated skills in student and community development including the intersectionality of identities.
