YOUR ROLE
Responsibility:
Fair and consistent administration of Henkel’s policies and procedures.
Support and integration of site Safety, Health, and Environment programs.
Supervision of the on-shift workforce.
Execution of the production schedule to meet plan.
Quality of product produced.
Employee and Temporary training and development.
Time and attendance administration for on-shift production personnel.
Duties:
Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed. This includes accident reporting, investigation, primary cause analysis, corrective action, implementation, and follow up.
Continually empower Employees and Temporaries to deliver a safe and clean workplace.
Communicate throughout the shift with Hourly Employees and Temporaries to ensure a constant exchange of ideas, concerns, and information.
Repeatedly and effectively communicate Henkel’s culture, policies and procedures, and CI plans to Employees and Temporaries.
YOUR SKILLS
5 years leadership or supervisor experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
Outstanding organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to collaborate and build relationships in a team setting
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Demonstrates leadership, problem solving and conflict management skills (horizontal and vertical).
Demonstrates a professional team-player attitude toward work and co-workers.
Must be able to embrace/drive change.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and ERP.
The salary for this role is $75000.00 - $80000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
