Robert Half Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Mequon, Wisconsin
Description We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Mequon, Wisconsin. The role involves strategy development, methodology implementation, process management, and the definition of these facets to teams. This is a long term contract employment opportunity that offers a chance to contribute significantly to our team and projects.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and oversee strategy, methodology, and project management processes related to various projects within the organization.
• Foster effective and transparent communication with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure proper management and execution of project plans.
• Facilitate collaboration between in-house teams and external implementation teams.
• Troubleshoot project risks and issues and create proactive mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust accordingly to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Utilize various skills such as Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management, Communication to perform tasks effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Project Management or Senior Consultant role within the Manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and Cloud Technologies
• Demonstrable experience with CRM systems and Database management
• Proficiency in using About Time software
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Well-versed in Budget Processes and Change Management
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders
• Demonstrable ability to adapt to changing project parameters and to lead a team through these changes
• Must possess a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to make quick, effective decisions
• Demonstrable experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
