Up to $18.50/hour - Part time

What We Need:
Our Arc Mercer Business Enterprise needs a Document Scanning & Indexing Specialist. The Document Scanning & Indexing Specialist is responsible for complete operations of scanning equipment including Canon, Apollo Microfiche, Microfilm Scanner and Contex Quartro Scanner. Coordinate, prepare and prioritize process and quality check documents for scanning, electronics file conversions, indexing and batch management. Perform routine daily maintenance of equipment and resolve minor technical problems. May also perform other related duties as assigned.
Complete daily scanning operations as per project specifications.
Activities include scanning, quality checking, verifying, batch management, and indexing into the appropriate system/software.
Follow document tracking and inventory management procedures.
Maintain quality and rates of daily production.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
Perform daily maintenance of equipment and be able to trouble shoot and correct minor technical problems.
Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
What You Need:
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to train other employees.
Working knowledge of software applications such as Excel, Word, and Google Suites.
Some experience with document scanning and digitizing.
High School diploma or GED.
