CapEd\'sBrand Engagement Specialist promotes community enrichment and quality education through developing and nurturing relationships with those in the field of membership, business community, and broader community to grow new memberships in all credit union areas through engaging members and potential members in meaningful conversations to drive product and service awareness and adoption. This position represents the credit union within the community.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Represents the Credit Union at various functions to develop financial relationships.
- Conducts educational presentations to schools, groups, & community as needed.
- Reaches out to current members (consumer and business) and strategic partners through various channels with the objective of enriching the member experience and deepening their relationship with CapEd.
- Seeks out prospective members (consumer and business) and strategic partners to develop new banking relationships. Achieves, set referral and conversion goals set by AVP of Brand Engagement.
- Identify, collaborate, and refer business relationship opportunities to Business Relations and other CapEd departments.
- Complete presentations, coordinate resources and direct engagement channels for the CapEd\|Works.
- Assists members and potential members with inquires brought up during events while actively listening to and inquiring about members needs with the objective of providing the ultimate member experience and value-added solutions by connecting them to the appropriate employee within the credit union.
- Assists with Credit Union marketing projects.
- Assist in analysis of relevant statistics for the business development plan and makes recommendations to the AVP of Brand Engagement.
- Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and promotions.
- Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job-related duties as assigned.
