TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Meridian, Idaho
Description
Responsibilities: A. Maintain consistent and punctual attendance, ready to begin work at the start of your scheduled shift B. Answer 8-10 incoming calls per hour, demonstrating professionalism and confidence C. Verify customer identity and contact information upon receiving a call D. Confirm and discuss the customer's medical supply needs E. Verify that the customer's insurance will likely cover the necessary expenses F. Ensure that applicable prescriptions are up to date and valid G. Confirm the order details with the customer before processing H. Locate the required medical supplies from our inventory and prepare them for shipment via computer I. Transfer customer information to the proper internal department if additional order processing is required Equipment: . Oxygen, respiratory, and ventilation . CPAP for helping you sleep well . Hospital discharge and hospice equipment (beds, chairs, etc.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50
