CapEd\'s PFR III promotes member financial well-being through engaging members in meaningful conversations to resolve financial inquiries, enrich the member\'s experience and deepen their relationship with the Credit Union. This position processes transactions, handles cash, account maintenance and/or troubleshooting, assists with new memberships and various account and lending offerings, assists with business memberships and business account maintenance, and educates members on Credit Union products and services. Assists Branch Leadership with monitoring daily functions to provide performance training and supports the team through accepting complex member inquires.
