Part Time - Customer Service Representative - Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English Fluent)

Hendrick Chevrolet Shawnee Mission is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our role as a Business Development Representative. Our highly successful Sales Business Development Center is the “central hub" for customer service within the Sales Department at Hendrick Chevrolet.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Bilingual - Spanish and English fluent spoken and written language

• Answer all incoming phone calls regarding sales inquires according to pre-set script

• Schedule sales appointments for customers

• Log all customer comments into the CRM system

• Follows up with customers regarding: showroom visits, appointment confirmations, no show appointments, marketing efforts, lease programs and continuous follow up.

• Follows up with customers through telephone, email and mailings after their visit regarding satisfaction.

• Achieve Production Goals Individually and as a Team

• Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries)

• Respond to customer chat (online chat inquiries)

• Provide Excellent Customer Service

Requirements:

• Call center experience is not necessary but is a plus.

• Must have Strong Computer Skills, Specifically Office Suite of Programs.

• Possess a great attitude along with a pleasant & engaging phone persona

• Must be teamwork oriented

• Possess good grammar skills (both verbal and typed) and have a clear, pleasant speaking voice.

• Ability to follow call scripts and department processes.

• Ability to multi-task and keep up in a fast paced, detailed and structured environment.

• Must be able to meet daily production goals and expectations.

• Must be able to commit to a Full Time Schedule at 40 hours per week.
