Saint-Gobain Customer service Representative in Merrimack, New Hampshire
Saint-Gobain is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Merrimack, NH site. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the support of the entire customer service team to ensure that all customer’s needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
•Receive and process order requests from customers.
•Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxes pertaining to quotes, RMA’s and follow up on orders
•Liaison among customers, internal operations, and field sales personnel, regarding information related to customer orders and inquiries
•Maintain customer contact and relationships and provide information and services to customers via telephone or electronic means
•Take customer complaints and communication to the necessary internal personnel for resolution
•Filing and copying
•Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, or marketing, required or at least 7 years related experience
•2-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
•Ability to solve basic math problems, such as yardage calculations
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
•Proficient with ERP systems, QAD
•Proficient with Sales programs, Salesforce
•Excellent interpersonal as well as telephone, verbal and written communication skills
•Must be a flexible team player, with high energy and sense of urgency
•Ability to make independent decision
