We are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager looking to join our team in Mesa, AZ!
Hybrid Role!
M-F 8-5!
Compensation starts at $95k and goes up based on education and experience!

Requirements :
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a multi-state environment. • Proficiency in using HRIS systems for payroll processing and benefits administration (experience with systems like ADP, Workday, Dayforce, or similar is preferred). • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in multiple states using the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including deductions, withholdings, and reporting requirements. • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies. • Manages system upgrades, internal payroll processes, or government mandated changes to payroll. • Manages accurate and timely processing of year-end activities, including coordination with payroll service providers. • Ensures accuracy and completeness of payroll process documentation.
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
