We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist based in Metairie, Louisiana. The successful candidate will be central to our operations, handling day-to-day interactions with customers and relieving financial advisors of administrative tasks. This role is vital within our industry, where clear communication, efficient data processing, and client engagement are paramount.
Responsibilities:
• Handle daily interactions with clients, providing a high level of customer service.
• Set appointments with advisors, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
• Utilize CRM software to manage and maintain accurate customer records.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations to foster strong relationships.
• Assist customers in their inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Process data with precision, ensuring the integrity of customer applications.
• Relieve financial advisors of administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic duties.
• Stay involved in community service, reflecting our commitment to societal engagement.
• Take appropriate action in monitoring customer accounts, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in Data Processing
• Experience with CRM - Customer Relationship Management systems
• Proven ability to effectively assist customers
• Strong skills in client communications
• Experience in conducting client conversations
• Demonstrated ability in client engagement
