Job Skills / Requirements
Position Name: Field Supervisor
Position Summary:
Inspect and support officers and management with the daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Learn all job sites and their requirements. Enforce company policies and procedures.
· Inspect all job sites daily. Assist operations with monitoring vehicle idling.
· Assist operations with scheduling. Fill-in for officers as needed due to call-off, paid time off, etc.
Experience Qualifications:
· Ability to multitask and take direction from management.
· Communicate clearly and accurately with officers and management.
· Ability to be on call and fill-in for officers on short notice (1 to 2 hours)
Education Qualifications:
· Highschool diploma/GED
Uncommon Physical Requirements:
· Must have the ability to stand unsupported for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts when necessary.

Pistol Permit Louisiana Armed Security Guard Card Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
