Job Description

An experienced consulting professional who has a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet internal & service tooling needs of our Advanced Customer Support (ACS) Customer Success Organization. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5+ years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Proven experience implementing AI solutions. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to AI and consulting tooling. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and internal stakeholders.

As an ACS Business Process AI Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in advising on effective AI strategies and implementations for our ACS customer success organization. Ensuring they harness the full potential of artificial intelligence for internal and service-based tooling to meet their business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal stakeholders and leadership and technical teams to deliver innovative and impactful AI solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with implementing and integrating systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Prior experience working on distributed systems, cloud services, and integrating of systems

  • Understanding of data warehouse concepts and technologies

  • Experience in requirements gathering, designing, and implementing AI solutions

  • Mentoring and development of other team members in AI technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of how business processes can be optimized within NetSuite.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Certifications: NetSuite, Oracle, AI certifications are highly desirable.

  • Proven experience working with leadership teams and business stakeholder to scope and prioritize solutions to solve for business needs

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal business owners within ACS and Customer success to gather tooling requirements

  • Contribute to the design of business processes and work flows to track tooling requests form the business

  • Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI projects, providing actionable recommendations for automation initiatives

  • Recommending the best AI tools, big data frameworks, and deep learning technologies to fit business growth needs

  • Work closely with developers on solution and design to meet internal stakeholder requirements

  • Identify integration methods to integrate systems and data to meet design and development needs

  • Coordinate with compliance and security teams on design reviews

  • Collaborate with internal NetSuite and Oracle teams to put in place infrastructure needed to obtain design goals

  • Developing and delivering AI/tool training sessions and workshops

  • Staying updated on AI advancements and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations

  • Contributing to the documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization to enable a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
