The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Sales Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Managing sales incentives, including commission’s administration.

  • Partnering with Sales and HR leadership on incentive planning, total incentive compensation structure, and SPIFF creation and analysis.

  • Working with FP&A to develop annual quotas and sales targets and oversee the quota review and distribution process.

  • Developing and maintaining the Customer Master function, including expanding on customer attributes to optimize customer tracking and management capabilities of the Company.

  • Managing the sales tracings process.

  • Managing the billbacks and chargebacks process and partner with the Sales Channel Managing team for distributor compliance and financial reviews.

  • Managing the administrative fees and rebates and partner with the Health Systems team and Marketing to review overall health of related programs.

  • Working with Sales and Marketing to manage pricing. Lead pricing administration activities, including local and group contract price lists, product list prices and floor prices, and pricing discrepancy resolution.

  • Being a proactive thought leader to prepare for upcoming challenges as we grow in volume and complexity.

  • Working with the accounting staff, IT and other functional groups to identify, recommend and implement streamlined and automated processes.

  • Partnering with direct reports and internal partners to develop meaningful sales and contract productivity reports and metrics.

  • Ensuring proper controls are maintained for all responsible areas.

  • Inspiring and developing the team through great direction and coaching, performance reviews and growing individual skills and knowledge.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience sales operations, commercial or related role

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • JD Edwards experience is a plus

  • Salesforce experience is a plus

Travel: May include up to [10%][domestic/international]
