The Job

Responsible for ensuring that all digital revenue (O&O, social media, You Tube, 3rd Party, Programmatic etc.) in Latam is entered and executed with minimal errors. Responsible for the optimization of inventory and revenue across all digital platforms. Work with Ad Sales by providing superior customer service and finding solutions in order help reach the company’s financial objectives.

The Daily – Major Activities

  • Understanding all negotiations, making sure the orders are executed accurately, and provide support to ensure the accuracy of all revenue booked in the system. Track daily how campaigns are pacing and optimize campaigns to benefit both client and company. Based on insights, provide the business with solutions that will bring most benefit to the company.

  • Work closely with Ad Sales to provide planning tools to assist in negotiating. Provide accurate reporting on inventory and work closely with team in the optimization of all campaigns to protect the business. Understand all digital platforms and strategically place campaigns across all platforms to meet the clients demands.

  • Maintain a current understanding of dept system/s functionalities and challenges/gaps to effectively propose areas for system/s and process improvement / automation.

  • Expected to fully understand legal and business imposed regional market regulations, requirements, and expectations with regards to the overall structure, use of breaks and minutage for assigned region. Understanding and adhering to all SOX controls.

The Essentials

  • Related experience, preferably in digital operations

  • College degree or equivalent required

  • Experience with Google 360 Suite

  • Experience with advertising ecosystems such as GAM, FreeWheel, Xander

  • Knowledge of programmatic solutions (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks)

  • English is a must; Spanish is a plus.

  • Analytical skills: capacity to identify issues and underlying roots, prioritize issues, develop hypothesis for both the issue and potential solution, quickly gather data and develop recommendations
