You - Credit and Collection Analyst- are responsible for performing collections of accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, & fax. Fields incoming calls from customers and sales representatives. Resolves issues with incorrect billing amounts and purchase orders. Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers and will be located in Mexico City.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Direct contact with customers via phone and email, to collect payments, resolve questions, concerns, and requests.
Negotiate payment terms and execute collection process -Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer communication.
Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Actively follow up on customer requests and document all actions and communication platforms from other companies.
Prepare, verify, and perform billing through electronic processing and reporting activities according to specific deadlines for an assigned account portfolio -Interact closely with the sales team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies for assigned customers.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ + 2 years of experience in a similar position
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or Accounting
Intermediate level of English
