Amazon Music is seeking a Social Media manager for Mexico, to drive our strategy and initiatives across our social media handles, helping us to drive organic growth and customer engagement. We are seeking an experienced social media manager, with a proven track record working with cross-functional teams, planning, and delivering results, plus a drive for testing, learning and making data-driven decisions. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas and establish best practices for Amazon Music.
Key job responsibilities
Manage organic local social channels in MX to drive awareness and engagement of Amazon Music (inclusive of planning, posting, boosting and creative development with an external agency).
Help to drive our social media strategy, reporting and creative output. Partner with international teams to drive consistency.
Partner with industry and content teams to amplify tentpole moments and engage fans
Campaign Management: Work with internal teams and external agencies to plan, localise and deliver our social media campaigns in MX.
Through customer obsessed initiatives amplify organic and paid impressions to keep developing unaided awareness.
develop and execute fandom live events coverage plan in partnership with industry and content teams
lead community management to drive fandom conversation and positive brand image
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-territory campaign management
Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
