Talent Acquisition Specialist (Executive Hiring)

Manages the end to end talent acquisition process for the assigned functions / businesses within agreed timelines. Partnering with Line Managers and HRBPs to facilitate effective and efficient recruitment activities enabling Managers to hire the best available talent at the right time.

Acting as a Talent Advisor providing functional expertise, market insights and solutions.

Managing candidate care and providing a positive candidate experience throughout each stage of recruitment.

End to End Talent Acquisition

Understands the hiring needs of the assigned functions / businesses including position descriptions and candidate criteria.

Proactively partners with Line Managers and HRBPs to facilitate effective and efficient recruitment activities enabling Managers to hire the best available talent at the right time.

Identifies and leverages various sourcing channels to build talent pools for current and upcoming vacancies.

Execute the end to end talent acquisition process including strategic alignment meeting, talent attraction and sourcing strategy, interview and assessment strategy, salary analysis and offer management.

Talent Advisor

Partners with Talent Management to align talent pipelines with Succession Planning

Collects and analyzes recruitment data, such as candidate sourcing channels, time-to-fill, and quality of hires, to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.

Maintains awareness on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Conducts research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent market insights to provide recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies and attracting top talent.

Effectively communicates recruitment insights, trends, and recommendations to hiring managers, HR teams, and senior leadership, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Coaches line managers in Nestlé standards and best practices in talent acquisition.

Prepares and delivers reports and presentations to share recruitment insights, metrics, and recommendations with hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Care

Promotes Nestlé employer brand and value proposition by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities through various channels.

Builds and maintains positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a personalized and professional experience. Maintains regular and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status, interview schedules, and next steps.

Provides candidates with the necessary information and resources to prepare for interviews, including details about the interview format, interviewers, and any specific requirements.

Gathers feedback from candidates after interviews and assessments, and provide constructive feedback helping candidates understand their strengths and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement

Leads and contributes to continuous improvement projects and new initiatives to deliver best in class recruitment services.

Internal Control and Compliance

Adheres to Nestlé Business Services processes

Ensures compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations as well as Nestlé standards, processes and guidelines throughout each stage of talent acquisition.

Ensures compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of candidate information

Qualifications: (For Executive Hiring / Technical Hiring)

  1. Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, or any course

  2. With at least 4 - 6 years of experience doing end to end recruitment of senior level roles, executive hiring, finance, support functions and or hiring for technical IT roles

  3. With the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders

  4. Culturally sensitive and has the ability to balance Nestlé corporate culture with regional cultural nuances

  5. Possesses time management and organizational skills. Is able to prioritize multiple tasks deadlines

  6. Has Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

  7. Able to manage confidential data/information
