In this role, you will join a dynamic and inspiring Transformation & Strategic development team of the Ingredients within Perfumery & Beauty.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diversified set of Strategic projects and, embedded within the Ingredients team, you will also get exposure to various high-priority, high-stake functional initiatives. You will thus contribute to shaping the future of Ingredients within Perfumery & Beauty while ensuring value creation and excellence in execution. By combining strategy and operational topics, you will benefit from a fast-learning environment to grow and evolve further in the Group.

In this role, you will interact closely with the Ingredients leadership team as well as the with Perfumery & Beauty and Corporate Strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribution to strategic planning activities: 5-year roadmap in partnership with the Ingredients leadership team, creating alignment, visibility and ensuring quality of execution

• Identification and facilitation of value creation opportunities such as cost optimization, pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, innovation, adjacencies

• Ensuring the alignment of initiatives with the overall business strategy and monitoring of performance in coordination with other functions (Finance, Project Management Office)

• Contribution to strategic thinking about future developments across our functions

• Support on high-priority, high-stake projects via coordination, financial modelling, development of strategic tools or analytic support

• Strategic portfolio transformation: support for existing / new Joint-Ventures as well as all M&A-related activities (scouting, due diligence, etc.) in partnership with the Perfumery & Beauty and Corporate Strategy teams

  You bring:

• +7 years of relevant experience in Top Consulting firm and/or Corporate strategy. Sectorial expertise within Basic Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Flavors and Fragrances, Food & Beverages Industry is a plus

• MSc degree and/or PhD in relevant discipline and/or executive MBA is an asset

• Proven experience in business/ corporate strategy, M&A and integration, business development, entrepreneurship

• Strategic and analytical capabilities with strong business and financial acumen

• Strong written and oral communication skills, incl. capacity to develop coherent and concise presentations

• Deal with ambiguity and proven ability to bring clarity

• Self-motivation with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet short deadlines

• Experience in working in a complex corporate environment, including building, and strengthening relationships internally and externally

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (C2)
