Description
We are in search of an Accounting Clerk for a short-term contract in Miami, Florida, 33166, United States. The selected candidate will be part of our team, assisting in various tasks such as billing, scheduling, and filing. This role will also require proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office administrative tasks including billing, scheduling, and filing.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks.
• Assist with accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Oversee and manage billing functions within the department.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Billing Functions
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
