Job Title: Accounting Operations Analyst

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the efficiency and effectiveness of financial activities within the company. This includes ensuring the correct processing of accounts receivable and payable in accordance with organization's policies, maintaining adherence to accounting and tax compliance. You will prepare periodic financial reports and analyze significant variations in contrast to the company's budget and previous periods. You will also execute and monitor daily financial transactions, including payments, bank reconciliations, and accounting records. As an Accounting Operations Analyst, you will manage the periodic reconciliation of accounts payable with supplier account statements, ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing company accounts payable, and provide insights and recommendations to sr management based on financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will review and maintain an accurate record of all transactions related to accounts receivable, manage the reconciliation of bank accounts, contribute to the development and implementation of systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting, participate in projects related to process improvements, support finance led initiatives, support independent financial audits review, ensure the right control and segregation of duties are embedded in the day to day process to mitigate risk, and provide financial data and analysis to support actuarial calculations and assumptions.
