Job Duties:

  • Produce daily and monthly reports in excel

  • Analyze and issue remittance posting instructions to factor

  • Reconcile monthly sales results and factored sales

  • Analyze, document, dispute, and resolve customer chargebacks within the allotted timeframe

  • Reports to management on chargeback status and resolution results

  • Effectively communicate chargeback findings to respective departments, in order to improve activities and mitigate future claims

  • Support factor with collections as needed

  • Back up accounts receivable clerk with daily invoice mailing/e-mailing


  • Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting

  • SAP Preferred

  • 1-3 years Accounts Receivable experience

  • Proficient in MS Excel/ other office programs

  • Attention to detail

  • Superior organizational and time management skills

  • A proven ability to quickly learn internal systems and workflows
