Responsibilities Business Operations Manager-Shared Services Responsibilities Develops, coordinates and/ or implements operational excellence programs that drive a united front within the IT organization. Provides leadership, expertise and support to new and/or existing program opportunities. Develops and articulates tactical and operational approaches, employee engagement related initiatives, communications to business leaders regarding IT improvements. Applies expertise to efficiently accomplish identified goals and objectives. Works with business leaders and experts within the organization to comprehensively identify risks and plans to mitigate these risks. Identifies need to escalate issues and risks to SVP-IT to avoid negative impacts. Partners with IT organizational leader(s) to create and/or deliver critical business solutions/updates at all management levels of the organization. Develops, monitors and/or reports on performance metrics, including but not limited to financial, operational, and client satisfaction. Establishes and leads quarterly business reviews with IT strategic vendors/partners to ensure alignment. Qualifications Business Operations Manager- Services Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the health and/or home care industry is required. Experience in running a small business and has basic business knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of experience, may be required. Ability to talk with all levels of leadership to gain perspectives and needs; ability to communicate to IT leaders for urgent action for internal clients. Demonstrated relationship building in working in and across teams in a complex and matrixed health care business environment is strongly preferred Bilingual in Spanish Required
