Robert Half is partnering with a highly respected company in the area to find a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary position with significant potential for full-time employment.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing daily inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.
Addressing inquiries and concerns via phone and email regarding account information and services.
Updating customer accounts and accurately entering new or modified data.
Proactively following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to enhance their experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or call center roles.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
