Data Engineer Responsibilities:
Mentor team members by offering guidance and actionable feedback to foster their professional development.
Develop and own data architecture for multiple large-scale projects, prioritizing Financial Integrity (FI) considerations.
Enhance logging data frameworks and troubleshoot data infrastructure issues to ensure accurate financial data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs related to FI and visually represent key insights.
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for data sets in allocated areas, emphasizing data integrity and security.
Implement security models and privacy safeguards to meet requirements, address data quality issues, and evolve governance processes.
Design and deploy sophisticated data models and visualizations specifically tailored to support FI initiatives and drive impact.
Solve complex data integration problems within the context of maintaining FI, utilizing optimal ETL patterns, frameworks, and query techniques.
Optimize existing production processes and algorithms with a focus on enhancing FI controls.
Influence product teams and collaborate with stakeholders to identify data opportunities that drive FI impact.
Streamline pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems to support efficient development and monitoring of FI-related data artifacts.

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 36 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:

$224,028/year to $279,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
