ATI Regional HR Generalist in Miami, Florida

Ameritel’s Regional HR Generalist is responsible for the successful implementation of HR initiatives aimed at achieving enhanced employee engagement and an improved employee experience that aligns consistently with our company mission and values. This role will manage all regional HR activities including employee relations, onboarding, leadership development and HR compliance. Based in Florida, the in-field Regional HR Generalist will be a critical member of the HR team, serving as a valued business partner to the retail management teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manageand support the employee life cycle from new hire to termination across retailfunctional areas such as talent management, compensation planning, performancemanagement, training & development and HR compliance

  • Responsiblefor establishing partnerships with management teams and delivering best inclass HR standards that align with and achieve company initiatives

  • Coach the retailpopulation with a focus on development opportunities, leading effective salesteams, fostering the highest service standards and achieving the optimal retailwork environment

  • Provide timely HRservice to the organization, offering advice on best practices and guidance onthe interpretation and practical applications of HR policies, procedures, andlegislation

  • Manage the PerformanceImprovement Process ensuring effective coaching, proper documentation, timelyfollow up and outcome

  • Provide detailedhands-on assistance and guidance on allemployee escalations.Providemediation and advice ensuring all matters are handled in a confidentialand compliant manner

  • Present strategicguidance and recommendations for employee development, succession planning,internal mobility and retention of high potential talent

  • Provide regionalmanagement with a pulse of the overall engagement of employees and work withmanagers to ensure retention of valued associates

  • Act as an employeeambassador, promoting positive employee welfare and work life balance in a safeand fair environment

  • Maintain a consistent presencein the field through regular store visits and listening sessions withretail personnel

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years’experience as an HR Generalist with an emphasis in employee relations andorganizational development.

  • Bachelor’s degree inHR or related field or equivalent experience.

  • HR certificationpreferred.

  • Ability to effectivelyconnect, build and maintain strong relationships, and influence all levels ofthe organization.

  • Proven ability to workwell under pressure situations and flexible in adapting and responding tochanging conditions situations.

  • Solid knowledge of HR rules,regulations, applicable laws. Proven ability to maintain the integrity ofconfidential information.

  • Ability to manage tasks &respond with professionalism to new situations & complex issues in a fast-pacedenvironment.

  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills- ability to present, train, influence and negotiate.

  • Knowledge and ability tonavigate social media platforms.

  • Must be able totravel up to 75%
