Job Title: Accountant
Job Description
The Accountant will be responsible for performing routine reinsurance, sales, accounting, and legal administrative duties, such as maintaining records, processing and verifying new business. The ideal candidate will perform basic accounting activities like calculations and preparation of billing statements, premium accounting, collections, and cash flow. They will also be expected to verify reinsurance contracts, perform account reconciliations, and review company records to determine correct issuance and intent of these products. Furthermore, this role involves delivering professional customer service via phone calls, emails, and client visits, including oral presentations. The Accountant will also be required to enter and verify data on the REOS system and prepare and reconcile claims bordereaux.

This is a fully on-site position in Miami, Florida.
Work Environment
The position is full-time, requiring 5 days in office per week. The successful candidate will be reporting to the CFO and Accounting Manager and will be part of a dynamic and professional team committed to delivering top-quality work.
