We are seeking a Warehouse Associate with switchboard and general data entry skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle both physical warehouse duties and clerical tasks such as answering calls. Responsibilities
Manage warehouse tasks such as receiving, organizing, and preparing shipments.
Operate RF scanners to verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
Handle and sort incoming and outgoing mail for the warehouse.
Answer and route calls through the switchboard, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.
Communicate with truck drivers and warehouse staff in English (Spanish a plus).
Perform clerical duties such as filing, updating records, and data entry.
The essential functions of this role include:
