Immediate opening for an Account Manager at a company in Miami (near back of MIA Airport)
Company Overview: This is reputable brand is an aircraft manufacturer and provides a variety of services to airlines from airplane maintenance to parts. Offers employees long-term careers, generous benefits package and 2 days REMOTE.
Location: Miami (near back of MIA Airport)
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:30-5:30; 2 days REMOTE (any days) & 3 days IN-OFFICE
Travel: up to 15% International or some Domestic as needed
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + 10% Bonus
Benefits: paid insurance, vacation, holidays and 401k w a 8% Match; Bonus; other benefits
Job Overview: The Account Manager maintains a client base and business relationships with existing and new customers; ensures a seamless experience in regards to materials or spare parts orders; communicates with clients daily for services in progress, plans for future needs and yearly in person meetings to LATAM and the Caribbean; maintain relations, ensure satisfaction and presentation of account summaries.
Keys to this role:
At least 2 years as an Account Manager (any industry)
Experience managing clients relationships, retention & loyalty to drive continued sales orders
Proficiency in English and Spanish required
Microsoft Office suite/Power Point for presentation, any ERP/SAP is a plus
The Account Manager reports to the Department Mgr. of Spare parts and distribution division. This role,
Oversees an assigned portfolio of clients with a focus on customer retention and loyalty (does not supervise employees)
Manages the overall process and experience driving continued Sales
Maintains customer satisfaction in regards to materials and services including purchases, repairs, exchanges, repair and leases
Collaborates with internal departments or vendors to resolve issues on invoicing, credits, and claims
Communicates internally and with sub-contractors to expedite delays or back orders
Ensures clients are receiving orders and services in a timely manner and follows up on receipt, delays and turnaround times
Receives quotes, negotiates and confirms terms with any subcontractors or third party vendors
Plans with customer on upcoming needs and prepares future action plans with internal depts
Performs analysis and sales reports and on Key Performance Indicators for client account summaries and Mgt.
Meets with clients in-person yearly or every 6 to 8 months to present overview of sales activities
Collaborates with other departments on Competitor Research, Pricing and Inventory factors
Provides department with feedback on process improvements and efficiencies to drive sales and customer loyalty
Requirements
