As a CBRE Security Program Analyst, you will be part of a global team responsible for a large data center client’s security system maintenance program. This role will be responsible for monitoring the service request queue, identifying ageing requests, and coordinating with local facility management staff to meet service level agreements (SLAs). The security coordinator will manage security vendors (integrators) to drive compliance with contractual requirements. They will perform internal audits of security equipment spares and work with local teams to ensure compliance with minimum inventory requirements.
This is a remote work role and can be based anywhere in The Netherlands or Ireland, however you must be available during regular working hours in the CET or GMT/IST time zone.
What You’ll Do :
Monitor service request ticket queue
Identify and escalate aging service requests
Coordinate with on-site facility management staff to meet SLAs
Manage security vendors (integrators)
Perform internal audits of security equipment spare inventory
Other similar tasks that develop as the security program evolves
What You’ll Need :
The two most important skills for this role are organization and communication
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other Office applications
Project / Program Management experience preferred
Physical security systems and / or IT experience preferred
Combination of relevant education, certification, and / or experience that demonstrates ability to succeed in this role
Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and data management a plus

Starting salary between €4,000 and €5,000 gross/month (depending on knowledge and experience).
