Manufacturing Associate
Pay: $25-32/hour
Location: Edison, NJ
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clean Room Assistant/Technician to support our production team in maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will assist in the clean room environment, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and overseeing the accuracy of batch records. Additionally, you will provide support in material management, inventory control, and other essential production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining a sterile and controlled clean room environment.
Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including maintaining accurate batch records and related documentation.
Support material management tasks, including inventory tracking, material transfers, and restocking supplies.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure all materials and equipment are prepared and available for scheduled runs.
Monitor and report on inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering of materials.
Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting to maintain smooth production flow.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and single-use technologies is highly desirable.
Familiarity with working in a clean room or controlled environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a clean room or GMP environment preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
