Description

Robert Half is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join our cleint's team in the Middlesex, New Jersey area. This role is pivotal for maintaining and strengthening our B2B relationships, primarily through the management of a portal of architects and bids. The position involves frequent communication with clients, pitching and coordinating product placement, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a portal of architects and bids for product placement negotiations.

• Contact clients via phone and email to pitch product ideas and gather information.

• Follow-up on product feedback to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Coordinate and schedule 'Lunch and Learn' meetings with clients, architects, and representatives.

• Attend virtual 'Lunch and Learn' meetings and occasionally travel for in-person meetings and tradeshows.

• Assist with tradeshow setup and coordination.

• Ensure accurate record keeping and information gathering for client accounts.

• Take appropriate action based on monitoring of client accounts.

• Collaborate with other team members for effective client relationship management.

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within the Marketing/PR industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and concerns effectively.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.

• Sound understanding of marketing and advertising principles.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

• High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Willingness to continually learn about industry trends and developments.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
