JOB REQUIREMENTS: Hotel:Madison Marriott Hotel Restaurant Supervisor Full time Atrium SPIRIT - where teamwork, passion and appreciation ignite service excellence Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of the Restaurant Supervisor is to provide guests with an excellent restaurant experience. Work Performed: TheRestaurant Supervisorwill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Supervise,direct, schedule,and trainfood and beverageAssociates; Exceed guest expectations throughout their restaurant and hotelexperience; Workquickly and independently to resolve operational and/or guestconcerns, ensuring follow through with appropriate manager(s); Ensureall opening and closingside work is completedaccuratelyon a dailybasis; AssistRestaurant Associatesas well as other restaurant associates withtheir job duties asnecessary; Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of cross-contamination, keepingcompartment sinks, side boards, and refrigerators clean andsanitized; Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; and Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. Required Prior Experience: Two(2) yearsof prior server experience At leastone yearlead and/or supervisory experience Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Licenses/ Certification: Food Safety Trainingcertifiedor become certified within first 60 days of employment.
