Power-Flo Technologies Sales Support Administrator in Middletown, Connecticut
We are a leading distributor of Industrial Automation and Control Products. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will work closely with the Inside Sales team to provide best in class customer service.
Monday - Friday. PT: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Sales Support Administrator Daily Tasks :
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Assist with the entering and processing of sales orders.
Answer customer questions about the status of orders.
Process return authorization requests for customers.
Assist with pricing administration.
Track SUS renewals, SPAs, and Rebates.
Support the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.
What we are looking for in a Sales Support Administrator :
Valid and clean driver's license to make trips to the bank and post office as needed.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Computer savvy.
Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel (basic knowledge).
Excellent organization skills.
Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role, preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Ability Requirements:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time (with accommodations upon request)
