Adecco US, Inc. Training Supervisor - 2nd Shift in Middletown, Connecticut
Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a 2nd shift Training Supervisor in Middletown, CT. This position is a long term temporary opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career in a supply chain environment. The schedule for this position is Mon-Fri 3:30p-12:00a. The rate of pay for this position is $27.70 per hour.
Candidates would need to accommodate a training period on 1st shift.
The Training Supervisor manages many of the daily activities for the account, department, or station of the Supply Chain Solutions warehouse operation. He/she ensures training is completed for new hires.
Additionally, training is updated as new processes are introduced or updated. The training supervisor will also ensure performance goals are met, maintains inventory accuracy, adheres to quality standards, and effectively manages staff. The trainer will oversee inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities.
This Training Supervisor conducts training on inventory cycle counting and reconciliation, monitors inventory levels, performs periodic physical inventory audits, and researches discrepancies.
Core responsibilities of this position will also involve monitoring operational processes and productivity and performing inventory control activities. This position evaluates operational capacity to determine downtime, layout optimization and throughput and identifies operational inefficiencies.

Qualifications for this position –
1 year training in a distribution facility
1 year recent forklift experience is a plus

Pay Details: $27.70 per hour
